Shipping Policy — Made New Streetwear

All products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partners. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Split Shipments If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times. This happens because some products are produced by different fulfillment facilities. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment — this is normal and does not mean part of your order is lost.

Shipping Times Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after fulfillment, depending on your location. International orders may take longer and could be subject to customs delays or additional duties upon arrival.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. If you ordered multiple items, expect a separate tracking email per shipment.

Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement. Please note that because all items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind.
